Our calculators run entirely in your browser. The prices, costs and settings you enter are not sent to us or stored anywhere, and you do not need an account to use them.

Contact and consultation forms

When you submit our contact or consultation form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, the services you're interested in and your message. We use this information only to reply to you and, if you choose to work with us, to deliver our services.

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by our email provider, Resend. We do not sell your information or add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics (via the Google tag) to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. Google may set cookies and collect information such as your IP address, device and browser type for this purpose. We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with our pages, through heatmaps and session replays that show clicks, scrolling and page movement. Clarity masks what you type into input fields, such as our forms. Microsoft may set cookies and collect information such as your device, browser and approximate location for this purpose.

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity use cookies for the analytics described above. We don't use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; our calculators work either way.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to deliver and secure the site.

How long we keep information

We keep form enquiries for as long as needed to respond and, for clients, for as long as required to provide our services and meet legal or accounting obligations. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, email us at contact@ebaychargescalculator.com. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Children
